Operations Specialist (Pupil Transportation)
Location Remote

Weekly Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Shift Hours: 10:00 am 6:30 pm PST
Can work from any time zone but hours are not flexible

We are looking for a hyperorganized problemsolver to help design and build route assignments for our drivers that maximize efficiency and ensure all of our students have safe consistent reliable rides to and from school.

This position reports to the manager of the region you will specialize in and you will collaborate regularly with the regional team other specialists and the operations team as a whole. You will be supporting different geographic teams in different time zones on a daily weekly or monthly basis depending on needs.

We eliminate transportation as a barrier to childrens success. We do this by mobilizing outstanding adults who want to have a positive impact on children. Our drivers transport many schoolage students experiencing homelessness living in foster care living with mental or emotional special needs or other circumstances that make traditional yellow school buses a poor transportation option. Thats where we come in.

We match each student with a parttime driver who takes that student to and from school every day. Many of our drivers are current or former teachers nurses nannies babysitters personal caregivers nursing home aides social workers parents and grandparents who are eager to be a positive influence in their students lives.
