We specialize in the design & manufacturing of Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs) for customers in hightech areas such as Quantum Technologies LiDAR Space Technologies and Biosensors.

LIGENTEC AllNitride (AN) technology enables our customers to develop their products in the Industrial Revolution 4.0.

To support our continued growth we are looking for a:

Operations Specialist

Tasks

Sales Operations:

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure accurate order capture processing and reporting
• Coordinate order entry order acknowledgment and order changes efficiently and accurately
• Communicate with customers on delivery date changes customer requested pullins pushouts
• Support on sales documentation for terms and conditions and other clientsrelated requests

ERP Implementation and Enhancement:

• Contribute to the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to optimize order processing and improve overall efficiency
• Identify areas for process improvement and automation within the ERP system
• Implement best practices for inventory control and coordinate regular stock audit

Order Processing Shipping and Logistics:

• Responsible for purchase order processing validation and allocation to requesters and cost centers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Handle shipping processes ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and customer requirements
• Manage carrier relationships negotiate contracts and optimize freight costs while maintaining high service levels

Requirements

• Relevant certification or diploma in Supply Chain Management with training in foreign trade
• Proven experience (5 years) in OrdertoCash management or a similar role within a manufacturing industry.
• Extensive experience in ERP system implementation and enhancement
• Strong understanding of order processing inventory management and shipping logistics
• Proven ability to collaborate across crossfunctional teams capacity to understand what is at stake for the various parties
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Detailoriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environmen
