To support our continued growth we are looking for a:
Operations Specialist
Tasks
Sales Operations:
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure accurate order capture processing and reporting
- Coordinate order entry order acknowledgment and order changes efficiently and accurately
- Communicate with customers on delivery date changes customer requested pullins pushouts
- Support on sales documentation for terms and conditions and other clientsrelated requests
ERP Implementation and Enhancement:
- Contribute to the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to optimize order processing and improve overall efficiency
- Identify areas for process improvement and automation within the ERP system
- Implement best practices for inventory control and coordinate regular stock audit
Order Processing Shipping and Logistics:
- Responsible for purchase order processing validation and allocation to requesters and cost centers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Handle shipping processes ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and customer requirements
- Manage carrier relationships negotiate contracts and optimize freight costs while maintaining high service levels
Requirements
- Relevant certification or diploma in Supply Chain Management with training in foreign trade
- Proven experience (5 years) in OrdertoCash management or a similar role within a manufacturing industry.
- Extensive experience in ERP system implementation and enhancement
- Strong understanding of order processing inventory management and shipping logistics
- Proven ability to collaborate across crossfunctional teams capacity to understand what is at stake for the various parties
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Detailoriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environmen
