Your mission

As
OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (100% m/f/d hybrid)
you will support all operational processes at LeaseTeq in Switzerland and report directly to the Chief Operations Manager (COO).

• Comprehensive customer support and consulting by phone and email throughout the entire leasing life cycle in the front and back office (contract adjustments vehicle delivery terminations or damage reports)
• Support the processing of incoming lease applications
• Perform underwriting processes such as verifying credit information verifying pay stubs and financial statements according to our credit manual specifications
• Assist with contract management
• Support with the marketing of lease returns (remarketing)

Your profile

• Are you professionally trained and have several years of experience in customer service
• Do you have a basic understanding of how leasing works
• Do you have a good understanding of processes
• Do you always put the customer first and are you a team player
• Are you comfortable using tools such as Atlassian/Slack and other emerging technologies
• Are you a selfstarter and solutionoriented person
• Do you have a talent for communication and are fluent in German and English as well as French and/or Italian
