Job Purpose:
Ensuring a good relationship with homeowners, residents, guests, vendors,
consultant, utility providers, contractors, and all relevant stakeholders. A key member of the
management Team, accountable for homeowners abiding by the rules and regulations of the
estate and bringing flouters to book.
Main Duties:
Building personal relations with homeowners, residents, vendors, contractors, Police,
security personnel, consultants and utility providers.
Respond to the needs of homeowners and residents as pertains to external works
Assign the relevant vendor to effect the needed works at the premises of the
homeowner or resident
Bargain on cost of works for homeowners and residents by the vendor
Liaise with the Assistant Facility Manager for the issuing of invoices and receipts on
works carried out by the vendor
Inspect and make sure work done conforms with consultants directive and that of the
homeowner/resident
Take daily tours within and outside apartment blocks to make sure they are cleaned,
well maintained and that nothing is out of place.
Ensure that common areas within the estate are well cleaned and maintained.
Supervising commerce in the estate
Drafting reports and making written recommendations.
And any other duty that may be assigned

Qualification: Minimum of Bachelors degree in Business Estate Management or related field Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of relevant / professional experience in property and estate management.
