Operations Manager Team Lead

Our mission is to accelerate the Mobility Revolution Our proprietary platform is offering lean and techenabled B2B solutions to the Automotive industry enabling Car manufacturers car Leasing and Mobility players to move and handle any car to any corner of Europe within 48h.

Otoqi is currently operating on the whole Italian French and German territory.

In 2023 we carried over 300000 missions for our customers crushing any record and a sustainable international growth

In order to grow the Ops team more and more and structure it better we are looking for our next Operations Manager Team Lead

Your Mission

Day to day :

• Followup with your team members in managing field operators to ensure smooth Tasks dispatching and staffing
• Make sure all Tasks are staffed and done at the right time and right level of service
• Directly manage a team of 2 to 5 officebased professionals
• Manage on a daily basis Drivers and Customers requests to ensure smooth operations

Account Management :

• Quickly react to our clients demands to give flexible and efficient solutions
• Manage the interactions with different stakeholders from client side
• Process

Management and automation :

• Create and maintain processes to automate daily tasks and transfer them to our experts centers (Customer Care Driver HR Administrative tasks)
• Participate in elaborating the Drivers recruitment strategy
• Analyze and recommend the right KPIs to give the best picture of our operational efficiency

Profile

• You are proactive organised and have a real knack for action and problem solving.
• You are dynamic and eager to learn from a different set of situations in a highpressure/highgrowth environment.
• You want to participate in scaling up our Italian branch and youre ready to shoot to the moon!
• You are a natural troubleshooter you manage stress and time pressure well while being able to handle critical decision making in a fastpaced environment.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills which makes you a good communicator able to explain complex situations to different stakeholders from blue collars to Clevels from suppliers to demanding clients.
• You have experience (up to 2 years) in directly managing people and dealing with everyday team matters
• Furthermore you are comfortable both writing and speaking in Italian and English (French is a plus)
