Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production of precision deep drawn enclosures and components ensuring they meet the tightest tolerances and quality standards.
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles including six sigma kanban docktostock and vendormanaged inventory programs.
• Collaborate with the engineering team during design phases to ensure robust and economical designs leveraging the companys tooling library to reduce costs and lead times.
• Ensure precision and quality in inhouse tooling design and concurrent engineering processes.
• Manage valueadded services such as assembly machining welding and surface treatments and coatings ensuring compliance with industry certifications and standards.
• Lead initiatives to improve manufacturing and process development through cellular manufacturing and realtime data capture on the shop floor.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment preferably in the metal stamping or precision engineering sectors.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing six sigma and other quality management systems.
• Experience in overseeing complex manufacturing processes and managing crossfunctional teams.
• Familiarity with the aerospace medical battery electronics and industrial markets.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 AS9100 ISO 13485 certifications and ITAR registration requirements.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or related field.
