Job Description

As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daytoday operations ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the business. You will play a key role in managing resources optimizing processes and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Duties Include:

  • Lead and motivate a team of operations staff including supervisors technicians and administrative personnel.
  • Provide guidance training and support to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the allocation of resources including fleet machinery equipment and personnel to meet client demands and project requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement activities to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to keep machinery in optimal condition and minimize breakdowns.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding the service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in operations management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Solid understanding of maintenance practices quality assurance processes and safety regulations.
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to interact professionally with clients suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications such as inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
