Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with supervisors subordinates and other teams to anticipate and assess load and plan the distribution
  • Maintaining and improving the quality of the experiences provided on trails by the operations team.
  • Working closely with the operations team to achieve trials of the highest quality. Constant monitoring of experiences offered by the company
  • Taking complete responsibility for executing group trials and being on the field whenever necessary
  • Make sure the operations team is motivated in their tasks
  • Share feedback with other teams like sales marketing and top management and work on the feedback received from them
  • Managing the curation team to ensure that the experiences/trails are curated to the best possible level and working closely with the vendors/ hosts to maintain a good relationship. Regular Meeting with Hosts. Work on existing and new curations
  • Ensure that the training of new joiners and the current team is done continuously and at par with industry standards
  • Documentation of trail quality group handling reports feedback reports employee reviews and other documentation
  • Create and update Tasks List for each member of the Operations Team and monitor the same.
  • Share Hiring requirements in the team and be a part of the process
  • Streamline and supervise the process where data from the trails such as costs and finances inventory is tracked and maintained
  • Work with team members individually to improve their skills.
  • Ideation for new trails and Projects as well as temporary projects for existing clients
