Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the sales order process from receipt to fulfillment ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to align sales operations strategies with overall business objectives and priorities. Provide regular updates on sales performance operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Proactively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction with products and services. Conduct regular checkins to gather feedback address concerns and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients serving as their primary point of contact for all productrelated inquiries and support needs.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve any productrelated issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions delivery schedules and performance metrics. Generate regular reports to track delivery performance and client satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients postimplementation to address any additional support needs troubleshoot technical issues and facilitate continuous improvement efforts.
  • Continuously evaluate and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency productivity and customer satisfaction. Implement best practices and automation tools to improve workflow and eliminate bottlenecks.
Qualifications:
  • 6 years of experience in operations management preferably in the IT product sales industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
Job Type: Fulltime
Salary: 50000..00 per month
