Operations Manager - ITAD

Are you ready to take charge of a fastpaced highvolume Hyperscale ITAD operation

We are seeking a passionate and detailoriented Operations Manager to oversee our clients new site in Virgina built to facilitate their expanding portfolio of hyperscale customers.

Role Overview: As an Operations Manager you will be at the helm of the daily onsite operations. From overseeing inbound shipments to managing warehouse processes and equipment processing you'll play a pivotal role in meeting customer commitments and regulatory requirements. We're looking for a handson operator with an eye for detail a clear communicator and a passion for driving operational excellence.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing a highvolume Hyperscale ITAD operation including receiving sorting part harvesting and data media destruction.
• Maintain and enhance preestablished KPIs to ensure operational efficiency.
• Contribute to achieving and maintaining ISO& R2V3 certifications through site audits.
• Recruit train and manage a dynamic team fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What you'll need:

• 35 years of management experience in an operational environment.
• Exceptional organizational administration and communication skills.
• Leadership and motivational skills.
• Previous experience with ISO certifications and audits.
