Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel. Conduct regular operations team meeting with all the HOD daily / weekly to discuss routine operational matters sales targets guest feedbacks and action taken for service recovery and also any staff issues.
Should have Customer Orientation Decision Making People Management Analytical ability Financial Acumen

Should have Customer Orientation Decision Making People Management Analytical ability Financial Acumen
Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel. Conduct regular operations team meeting with all the HOD daily / weekly to discuss routine operational matters sales targets guest feedbacks and action taken for service recovery and also any staff issues.
- 0810 years of experience with 2 years minimum experience as Operations Manager or as Director of Food and Beverage handling operations.
- Indepth knowledge of Domestic and International Markets F&B Trends and Statutory compliances.
