Operations Maintenance Support Specialist Net Part- Time

As an Operations & Maintenance Support Specialist for BJS .Netbased data tools you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning troubleshooting and enhancement of our data tools. This position requires expertise in Visual Studio .Net configuration management software deployment automation API development configuration management and performance testing and analysis. Additionally you will be responsible for administering .Net application servers.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting:
• Identify and resolve issues related to BJS .Netbased data tools promptly.
• Implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
• Adhoc Enhancements:
• Collaborate with development teams to implement adhoc enhancements as per business requirements.
• Ensure that any modifications align with existing configurations and maintain system integrity.
• Configuration Management:
• Oversee and manage the configuration of .Netbased data tools.
• Implement changes and updates in accordance with best practices.
• Performance Testing and Analysis:
• Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize system performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Visual Studio proficiency
• Expertise in .Net configuration management
• Experience in software deployment automation
• API development skills
• Administration of .Net application servers

Professional Certification(s):

• Bachelors degree or equivalent from an accredited institution

Years of Professional Experience:

• Three (3) years of work experience developing configuring and deploying .Net solutions

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Certification or advanced degree in data visualization best practices
• Experience with Tableau Server

Formal Education:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent

Years of Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years
