Who are we looking for

A senior level technical SME with hands on experience of Application and production support to manage a critical project for one of our biggest clients in banking domain focusing on SRE/DevOps roadmap. The individual should be passionate about technology and must have excellent communication and problemsolving skills with ability to guide or mentor the teams towards the success.

Technical Skills:

7 years of experience in leading the Production Support teams

Experience in Application Production Support in Linux platform.

Good Experience in Project Management Activity and experience in handling Team .

Strong Technical Troubleshooting skill

Well versed with ITIL Incident Change Release management

Basic knowledge of Middleware technologies Apache Tomcat

Good experience on application monitoring tool like Splunk AppDynamics Grafana Premetheus.

Good experience in AutoSys or any scheduling mechanism.

Good experience in DevOps CI CD tools like Jenkins Ansible uDeploy etc

Knowledge of Banking domain (preferable)

Handle major incidents and escalations effectively.

Track the RCA Root Cause Analysis of repetitive and problem issues.

Experience in creating governance reports and documentations.

Basic knowledge of Database Oracle SQL

Good understanding of Infrastructure Technologies like Linux Windows MW Database

Good to have knowledge of AutoSys or any scheduling mechanism.

Good to have DevOps SRE Automation cloud knowledge.

Process Skills:

Good knowledge of ITSM Process

Preferrable good knowledge of SDLC

First point of support for application incidents

Identifies diagnoses and resolves functional and technical problems

Ensure quality services are delivered with respect to the agreed service level agreement

Clearly understand client business to recommend provides and support application services

good to have DevOps cloud/AWS base training/certification
