About the Job

As were going through our biggest growth phase were looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our Operations team. The operations team at Byld is responsible for the internal processes that make the organization function as a Swiss clock. The scope of the operations circle goes from administration accounting & finance to process optimization and legal affairs.

This role offers the opportunity to expose yourself to a wide range of business functions and build your career as a business generalist.

As an Operations Intern you will:

• Work hand in hand with the Operations & People Manager to learn and improve internal processes.
• Manage and organize internal documentation update secretarial tasks and carry out and monitor tasks with our corporate partners.
• Create monthly expense and income reports.
• Work closely with our fiscal and accounting advisors to keep our accounting uptodate.
• Provide legal support with the help of our Operations Manager & CEO.
• Conduct internal control and prepare documentation for the quarterly tax declarations.
• Support in the organization of internal & external events for the team and clients.
• Support in the onboarding of new employees with administrative tasks.
• Manage relationships with our suppliers.
• Creating office and team policies and processes.

This is a fulltime internship role for 68 months intending to hire fulltime after the internship. If youre still studying we can accommodate the schedule for your classes.

What we are looking for

• Candidates with business and management knowledge. Early bachelors or masters degree graduates would be ideal.
• Intermediate Excel/Google Spreadsheet skills
• Advanced Spanish & English level.
• A cando attitude and ability to learn fast.
• Great techsavviness.
• Solution oriented mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to deal with multiple tasks and priorities.

We will roll out the red carpet for you if (not a must):

• Background in finance accounting and/or legal management. Practical experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel / Google Spreadsheets Skills.
• Having worked previously in a Startup environment.
