With a starting date in January for a limited period of six to nine months this internship will assist the Chief Product Officer in managing the entire value chain from interactions at the Amazon/webshop interface through the supply chain to distribution warehousing and production

• Support with Amazon / Other Marketplace product listing updates &#x order handling
• Collaborate with internal / external teams to make sure of ontime production / shipping / and delivery of products to fulfil market demand
• Collaborate with internal / external teams to ensure seamless order tracking billing processes returns and accounting
• Support data driven crossfunctional projects centered around planning product launch and operations improvements
• Maintain data quality within different systems and implement processes to improve information flows between various stakeholders &#x partners particularly order tracking and monitoring shipments
• Participate and take real ownership from the beginning in crossfunctional processes and support the team with adhoc projects including sales activities and presence at events
• Continuously strive to deliver consumer satisfaction through management of our CRM tools and consumer feedback channels

• Proven experience working with Amazon product listing managing the Amazon Seller Account for a DC company or other DC supply chains
• Data and process driven with an eye for detail and a positive cando attitude
• Very strong analytical and organizational skills you feel naturally comfortable with large amount of data and qualitative information and you are also able to manage overlapping projects keep track of deadlines and efficiently prioritize tasks
• Good interpersonal skills you feel comfortable to independently manage internal and external teams and stakeholders on all levels and from different cultural backgrounds
• Proficiency in Excel a must
• Fluency in German and English is a must French is an advantage
