Operations Executive On Demand

Ensuring all the delivery associates perform efficiently and diligently to provide first-class services to the clients. Coordinating and guiding the delivery associates to ensure the effective and smooth functioning of the on-demand operational processes.

Driver's Support

• Inbound - Answering all the queries and concerns of the delivery associates and acting as a point of contact for any rider related issues and escalating to the concerned department.

• Outbound - Calling, coordinating, and guiding delivery associates and taking necessary measures to avoid customer dissatisfaction or delays in deliveries caused due to controlled/uncontrolled circumstances.

Operational Support

• Managing the entire process from order generation till order delivery through In-house tracking software.

• Taking regular feedback from the team leaders about the delivery associates in their allocated zones.

• Ensuring the timely delivery of all orders by tracking every single order.

Reporting

• Sharing rider’s performance on daily basis and monitoring low performers for achieving excellence.
