Job Description

- Provide technical support to our customers on Data Security product suite as per SLA.
- Support system deployment and User acceptance Testing
- Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide timely resolution for our customer
- Carry out planned upgrade and migration work.
- Review and improve process flow as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for maintaining technical documentation in the Knowledge Base.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering
- Minimum 1 year prior experience as a Technical Support Engineer
- Prior experience in a customerfacing role with a focus on IT system delivery
- Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure technologies including networking virtualization and related areas
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ability to engage both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently managing multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously
- Experience in supporting government agency is preferred
- Prior experience in Cryptography would be advantageous
