• Manage logistics, packaging, and engineering operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Lead the company's green agenda to reduce the company's carbon footprint.
• Oversee capital investment and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
• Provide regular updates on operational performance to senior management.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Manage the budget for operations and ensure optimal use of resources.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

• Background in canning, bottling, and packaging for food and drinks companies.
• Experience in logistics, packaging, and engineering.
• Commercial integrity and a commitment to reducing the company's carbon footprint.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong project management ability, particularly in managing capital investment.
• Full understanding of the food and beverage sector to manage negotiations effectively.
• Good engineering understanding to solve packaging-related problems.
