Operation Manager

• Will lead planning and central operations of the plant.
• Should have experience in handling demand planning procurement purchase delivery and dispatch.
• Should be able to optimize capacity planning.
• Demand planning based on sales forecast and existing stocks
• To perform local purchases as per Budget prices
• To identify and develop local vendors for further localization of RM/PM including
• Dealing with Dubai supply team and local traders for RM import
• To ensure that SLOB is minimal in the business
• Dealing with 3P manufacturers to ensure about production plan adherence as as well as on time FG delivery
• To organize FG dispatches (arranging vehicles making dispatch orders etc.)
• To manage FG inventory and share the QTYs with the sales team for making SOS
• Will be responsible for manufacturing operations.
• Consolidate demand planning
• Responsible for purchase delivery and dispatch
• Should have team leading experience.
• Should have worked in FMCG manufacturing set up and have exposure to personal care and skin care products.

• Making PO for purchased RM/PM
• Booking received RM/PM (GRN)
• Stock reconciliation (adjustment)
• Posting RM/PM samples
• Making PO for FG
• Booking manufactured FG (GRN)
• FG BOM updates
• Booking sales
