Operation Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop effective operational plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Coordinate activities to ensure all operational targets are met.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
• Monitor and review operational performance against goals.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws.
• Monitor and manage operational costs to ensure budget adherence.
• Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage and develop teams to ensure high performance.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Operation Executive, or similar role.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.
• Knowledge of best practices and regulations in the industry.
