Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for an r (Voice Process) at located in Chennai. The Information Retrieval Officer will be responsible for answering customer queries related to a particular industry using a voicebased platform. The officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by adhering to company guidelines and customer requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any discipline
Strong verbal communication skills in English and any one of the following languages: Tamil Hindi Telugu Kannada or Malayalam
Good listening skills and ability to understand and respond to customer queries promptly and accurately
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
Ability to work on a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required
Previous experience in a customerfacing role is a plus
