- Incident management & Service request
- Manage the Service Level Agreements for services provided.
- Desktop Image Build & Patching.
- Application Packaging & Deployment Service
- Quality Assurance & Testing
- IT Software & Hardware upgrades
- Mobile Device Management.
- Asset Procurement and Life Cycle Management.
- Printer Support
- Vendor Coordination
- Third party Hardware/Software smart hand support
- Change problem & capacity management
- Service Improvements
- Partners Support for Hardware Phone and IT Components
- Trend and Root cause Analysis
- Prepare reports for Weekly Monthly & Yearly Meetings with the customer.
- Available to take Offhour calls to support IT operations when needed.
- Performs other IT duties as assigned
