Join Gevme as an Onsite Specialist and provide ontheground technical support to our clients during an event. Youll troubleshoot issues install and configure equipment educate customers and build positive relationships while ensuring their success with Gevme products and services.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide onsite technical support to Gevme customers in Philippines and APAC Regions.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Gevme Registration Gevme Onsite software and devices.
Install and configure Gevme equipment and software.
Train and educate customers on the use of Gevme products and services.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and service activities.
Identify and escalate any complex customer issues to the appropriate team.
Build and maintain positive relationships with Gevme customers.
Stay uptodate on the latest Gevme products services and technologies.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in a technical support role preferably in software and hardware related troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of computer local network and internet connectivity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problemsolving skills and a customercentric attitude.
