Description


ConnectUs is looking for an experienced Online Wholesale Manager. The Online Wholesale Manager will be responsible for managing online wholesale B2B sales via eBay Amazon and other online ecommerce platforms. This position will be responsible for developing referral sources and new leads and turning them into business while maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships

A typical day at ConnectUs will consist of:

  • Respond to and Engage with our Wholesales Customers through phone calls emails and sales referrals who need mobile devices.
  • Negotiate pricing and delivery times of mobile devices accessories and professional services
  • Develop relationships with online sellers/buyers of mobile device technology to end user customers
  • Meet sales quota for total revenue per quarter.
  • Developing a sales forecast based on current sales industry trends or government mandates.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams such as purchasing and sales operations as well as other internal partners to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
  • Remain current on industry trends market activities and competitors.
  • Other related duties as assigned based on the needs of ConnectUs and/or our customers.
Requirements


Qualifications:

Required 3 years of eBay/Amazon B2B sales in a wholesale environment

Demonstrated experience selling technical products/devices online with advanced eBay/Amazon naviation.

Demonstrated experience with Amazon FBA.

Experience managing wholes B2B sales through digital text and email marketing.

  • Proactive: takes initiative competitive driven to get things done foresees issues before they are a problem positive response to pressure.
  • Experience working with distributor or resale/channel programs in mobile devices preferred
  • Must be able to learn and utilize current CRM tool (Copper) daily for tracking all contacts emails phone calls contracts etc.
  • Familiarity with conducting video meetings (Google Meet Zoom BlueJeans WebEx Teams etc.).
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing professional publications establishing personal networks and benchmarking stateoftheart practices.
  • College degree.
  • Proficiency in Windows iOS and Android operating systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written video and verbal communication.
  • Experience using these types of tools:

o Project management software. (We use Asana.)

o CRM software which tool did you utilize (We use Copper.)

o Chat software. (We use Slack.)

o Document creation. (We often use Google Suite.)

o PowerPoint for compiling and presenting information.

o Excel and how strong are you at it Can you create Pivot Tables Can you do Vlookups

Comfort working independently and remotely

Ability to get things done efficiently without a need for a lot of instruction
