Key Result Areas for the Incumbent
Process Responsibilities
Sales & Stock analysis based on category & season
Sales forecasting for each category
Replenishment & chasing shipments
Identification of best sellers Launched in New Season collections based on Marketing data available.
Sequencing of products on the website
Sales & Stock analysis based on category & season
Sales forecasting for each category
Replenishment & chasing shipments
Identification of best sellers Launched in New Season collections based on Marketing data available.
Sequencing of products on the website
Seasonal collection review and photography
Categorization of products
Attributes & tags management in the system
Can independently decide on the service providers for projects within the financial range
Can independently decide on stock requirement & visual merchandising
Categorization of products

People Management Responsibilities
Must manage the executives who report to this role
Can train the associates for day to day merchandising catalogue & photography activities
Must handle all issues regarding leaves appraisal bonus etc of the Executives
