Job Summary:

We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Online Flight Reservationist to join our team in the Hospitality industry. In this role you will be responsible for assisting customers with booking flights providing information on available flights and ensuring a seamless reservation process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with booking flights online
• Provide information on flight schedules availability and pricing
• Ensure accuracy of customer information and travel details
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
• Coordinate with airlines and travel agencies to confirm reservations
• Process payments and issue tickets to customers
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of airline policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively
• Proficiency in using online reservation systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
