About the role:

This is an Online Customer service role for our company based in Leeds. Our online channels are open 7 days a week including bank holidays. We are in the process of growing our lovely team so we can respond to our customers more efficiently.

The successful applicant will be able to commit to working 2 weekends a month. With 2 consecutive days off during a week where you are working on a Saturday and Sunday.

We would expect any successful candidate to be able to come into the office in Leeds for the first week of the role.

Key responsibilities:

  • To respond to high volumes of customer enquiries via social media SMS and email.

  • Meet and exceed current KPIS and team expectations.

  • To develop a working product knowledge and use this to advise our customers on how to get the most out of our service.

  • To efficiently complete administrative tasks which are integral to the businesss functioning.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Experience of working in online customer service and managing a high volume of queries.

  • Experience working remotely.

  • Excellent written communication skills.

  • The ability to work independently without inperson supervision.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems

  • Strong objectionhandling skills.

  • An excellent communicator able to seamlessly explain our service to our customers.

The Details:

  • Location of Work: Remote
  • Working Pattern:The successful applicant will be able to commit to working 2 weekends a month. With 2 consecutive days off during a week where you are working on a Saturday and Sunday. Shift Work between the hours of8am and 8pm.
