Onbase Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Sound understanding of OnBase architecture for all the OnBase clients (Configuration OnBase Client Unity Client and Web Client). Designing form for business decisions and used in Eforms Unity Forms
  • OnBase reporting Configuration migration and troubleshooting tools like Report Services Diagnostic Console Workflow Doctor and Configuration migration.
  • Design OnBase Workflow solutions and creating and publishing OnBase web service and Message broker.
  • Deploying new Onbase instances and support updates and enhancements of existing local instances
  • Experience migrating from legacy EHR systems to Epic and configuring and setting up onbase as the document management system
  • Configure Onbase systems to integrate with Epic perform system config config workflow configure doc types and mapping to Epic.
  • Installs tests and supports new versions of OnBase Software interfaces and other customized processes on the OnBase Content Services Platform.
  • Activities include supporting import process. Merging Document Import new build for markets load balance and efficiency Set up app web database servers and process services.
  • Participates in discovery and documentation of business requirements for OnBase solutions. Analyzes existing processes and interfaces.
  • Provides input and suggestions including refining business requirements and alternative approaches. Ensures compliance with business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Provides operational and technical support for software testing upgrades patches and projects. Troubleshoots and tests software interfaces
  • Serves as a consultant and technical liaison to end users for new or existing modules processes and workflows. Develops training materials and provides training to end users in all aspects of OnBase functionality.
  • Maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documentation for the Onbase Content Services Software Platform. Creates detailed comprehensive documentation on installs procedures reports etc.
  • Creates comprehensive inclusive system reports using Business Intelligence (BI) and other reporting and dashboard tools.
