Job Role: SAP Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence (SAP MII) Onsite Consultant.
Experience: 58 years
Duration: 1 year (extendable)
Location: Qatar (onsite)
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in computer science with 5 to 8 years technical experience in SAP MII 15.x SAP Plant Connectivity (PCo) SAP UI5
Manufacturing domain experience in Implementation and Support of SAP modules with MII Integration is expected.
Basic Functional knowledge in SAP modules MM QM PP & PM.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Performs as subject matter expert/advisor for SAP MII usage.
Analyze the issue and provide support to the business users.
Support the business for
Audit requirement.
Monthly closing
Yearly closing
Prepare the roadmap for the SAP MII modules and upgrade activities.
Translate user business requirements into general & detailed functional designs for development testing and implementation.
Gather and analyze internal business requirements by means of meetings workflow analyses and facilitated discussions with business owners & users.
Validate and carry out the technical coding on all MII relevant platforms BLS transactions and SQL Queries
Responsible for design development and integration using SAPMII SAP PCo and SAPUI5
Monitor and manage NW UME based MII User Creation Modification Role assignment & Modification.
Design and maintain Label printing needs through Zebra Designer
Perform and UME consistency check.
Drive the blueprint/design session and deliver the solution.
Train the Junior programmers.
Provide onthejob training to Junior programmers.
Plan and Manage train the trainer.
Documenting solution design building specifications and conducting knowledge transfer to the business team.
Should be good in written/spoken communication training and coaching.
Selfdriven proactive & teamplayer take responsibility to ensure progress and results.
Prepare and update the process documents User manual and change requests promptly.
Support planned and unplanned system shutdown of SAP system by stopping and resuming MII connections also resynching recoverable data from redundant source systems (L2 DBs & Files)
Required Experience and Skills:
Hands on project experience in working on SAPMII SAP PCo and SAPUI5 development and implementation.
Must have experience in the MII core areas of building Queries Business Logic Transactions Plant Information Catalog SSCE SAP OEE module and Interface to SAP ECC/S4HANA
Monitor and manage SAP MII connections to data sources systems OPC(Kepware) & FTP servers.
Monitor and manage SAP MII connections to Label printing system Zebra FTP connections.
Experience in SAP MII upgrades.
Solid handson Integration experience in integrating various Shopfloor Control systems such as PLC SCADA HMI DCS LIMS preferably Siemens products.
Experience in SAPUI5 web technology and related web technologies HTML5 JavaScript jQuery XML XSLT and XPath.
Good knowledge of SQL database platforms.
Should be well versed with Plant connectivity concepts and dealing with automated notification management historical data maintenance and recording.
Data Base experience with relational and nonrelational databases. Should be able to write complex queries following ODBC/OLEDB syntax.
Experience with OPC (Tag and Method)
Should be aware of fundamentals of operating SAP ERP (utilizing RFC/BAPI messaging)
Basic Functional knowledge in SAP domains MM QM PP & PM.
Primary Skill:
SAP MII PCo Manufacturing domain experience.
5 to 8 years of industry experience and at least 3 years of top 3 skills experience.
