O&M Manager

Job Description: O&M Manager (To be based in Vienna, Austria)

Role Description

One of our main goals is to control the entire operational value chain and consequently we aim to control the operation and maintenance processes in our Portfolio in Austria with a dedicated O&M Manager, who will co-ordinate local service providers and set up internal O&M team.

We are looking for a strong candidate with relevant experience (5+ years, preferably in Austria) in the Solar industry, who can control the day-to-day operations, coordinate contractors, organize site inspections and repairs, report to management and be responsible for Health
& Safety of the Portfolio.

Tasks

Supervision and coordination of O&M and other service providers and contractors

Key contact person for distribution companies, local state authorities and other local stakeholders

Monitor production and outages

Report key KPIs to Enery s management in close cooperation with the Portfolio Asset Manager

Work with other Enery teams, including Asset Management, Finance, M&A, Engineering and Construction to maximize the overall performance of assets

Supervise annual plant inspections and revisions and other major O&M activities

Improve operations, i.e. follow and implement modern and innovative technologies for monitoring, analytics, automation of key work streams use of drones and cleaning robots

Supervision & Implementation of Health & Safety procedures, in accordance with Enery s policy and local legislation

Requirements

Good leading, communication and controlling skills

English and German language excellent speaking and writing level

advertised position is in accordance with the collective agreement for
employees in information and consulting with readiness for KV overpayment. The
overpayment is based on professional experience and qualifications.
