Okta Support Engineer (L3)

Requirements

• Should have worked on at least 4-5 IAM tools implementations.
  
• Should have 2 years of development experience on java,j2ee.
  
• Should have in depth understanding of Okta components and its Architecture.
  
• Should have good experience with configuration of Okta product.
  
• Have experience with OKTA SSO & MFA.
  
• Have deep knowledge with machine to machine authentication.
  
• API authentication and Authorization.
  
• Should have ability to implement technical solution which meets all functional/non-functional requirements with very less customization at the product level.
  
• Should be able to lead overall IAM product configuration and implementation.
  
• Should be able to develop workflows, custom connectors, out of the box configuration.
  
• Should be able to integrate enterprise or in-house developed applications.
  
• Should be able to configure account access recertification/delegation .
  
• Should be able to customize user interfaces as per business needs.
  
• Should be able to generate standard or customize reports as per business needs.
