Job Description
The Executive Assistant will support the Legal Services department of Genesis HealthCare System a 260 bed community hospital. The EA will also support other hospital departments as assigned.40 hours/week day shift Monday FridayCandidate must have at least six (6) years experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant within a larger organizationMust be highly proficient in Word Excel and PowerPointExperience must include executive responsibilities including: managing leaders schedules coordinating travel arrangements taking and transcribing meeting minutes managing aggressive customers serving as a committee member etc.
Shift: MF day shift
