As a Sr Administrative Assistant on Investment Professional Services team youll work with and support a dynamic team in our debt and equity property division to prioritize find efficiencies and make valuable contributions. This is an opportunity to impact the overall success of the department!

Here are few examples of the kinds of things youll do:

Maintain various department processes and project work.

Provide onsite support for client meetings and manage access for building services.

Create contracts documents and annual reports

Process wire disbursements

Apply strategic calendar management and project support for the leadership team and others as needed.

Assist team members with arranging travel completing expense reports and office technology to build efficiency and increase effectiveness.

Partner closely with other Administrative Assistants as well as associates within the business units on requests.

Balance sensitive confidential company and employee information.

Responsibilities:

Associate degree preferred high school diploma required.

4 years of related experience required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Word Excel PowerPoint OneNote and Outlook.

Excellent verbal/written communication (including grammar and spelling) organizational problem solving and basic math skills.

Strong technical skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Ability to prioritize assignments adapt to changes in daily tasks when necessary and multitask throughout each day.

Detail oriented and able to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.

Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements.
