How do you contribute to the team

We are looking for a superdriven and eager colleague to take our efforts to the next level. You will assist with optimising the overall efficiency and functionality of the office
environment at our Amsterdam office along with serving as the central hub for frontofhouse and office operations dedicated to delivering a topnotch office experience for both team members and visitors.

Main tasks/responsibilities:

    • Oversee the cleanliness and organisation of office spaces ensuring tidiness and functionality of common areas such as the kitchen printer room and meeting rooms.
    • Manage the lunch setup.
    • Handle mailrelated duties.
    • Responsible for the parking garage;
    • Greet office visitors warmly and ensure they have a welcoming and hospitable experience.
    • Meeting room management.
    • Oversee various facilities services and vendors including building maintenance security cleaning waste management and stationery among other services.
    • Support the Events Committee in event coordination ensuring the successful execution of ParkBee events.
    • Provide administrative and operational support for the team(Onboarding & offboarding presents etc.)

    We are likely to be a match if you:

    • You are a selfstarter who is proactive handson curious and motivated. You want to go the extra mile. You get the job done!
    • Open to working parttime (3 days a week) for a 7month fixedterm contract.
    • Experience in hospitality and office management/coordination.
    • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in similar positions.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft/Google products.
    • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
    • Ability to communicate across functions and seniority; strong team player.
    • Fluency in English.Dutch is a plus.
    • Adaptable and able to work in a fastchanging environment you want to contribute to the growth of an ambitious scaleup.
