KO Business Solutions is a professional staffing firm in the Chicagoland area that supports the hiring needs of companies across the country. Our valued industrial staffing partner is looking for an Office Coordinator to join their team!

Location: Onsite Aurora IL
Schedule: Monday Friday 8 am 5 pm
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Job Type: Direct Hire
Language: Bilingual English and Spanish speaking required

The Branch Administrator partners with branch personnel to support clients staffing needs. This role will help manage the flow of candidates through the recruitment process by assisting with posting roles sourcing candidates scheduling interviews and managing onboarding paperwork.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assists the recruitment team with posting jobs on electronic job boards sourcing candidates and initial screening of candidates.
  • Conducts employment related research and assists recruitment teams with electronic and other methods of sourcing qualified candidates.
  • Attends and participates in job fairs community activities and other public and departmental recruitmentrelated events.
  • Represents and promotes organization to potential applicants by providing information responding to questions and collecting applicant data.
  • Assists with the new hire onboarding process by ensuring new hires have completed all their new hire paperwork prior to starting and send out information regarding their first day.
  • Handles and prioritizes multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties with wide latitude for independent judgment and initiative.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma.
  • 12 years of related experience working in recruitment functions including recruiting in multiple discipline areas and levels including hiring for nonexempt exempt and leadership positions specifically in the staffing industry preferred.
  • Understanding of staffing principles laws and procedures and a solid working knowledge of recruitment/employment programs
  • BiLingual in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles practices and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a highpaced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Work Environment:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. This work environment is an office setting where work is performed sitting at a desk. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet but can become louder based on the volume of incoming candidates. When traveling to client sites the work environment is a light industrial/manufacturing setting which often times can be a louder cold and dusty environment.
