We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Daytime Office Assistant with a strong background in accounting to join our dynamic team in Angeles City. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced office environment and possesses a keen understanding of accounting principles.
This position requires the candidate to work from our Angeles City OfficeSchedule is Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday OFF)
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
Proven experience in an office setting with a preference for accountingrelated roles.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Handle basic accounting duties such as bookkeeping preparing financial statements and managing invoices.
Provide clerical support including filing handling mail and preparing documents.
Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
Assist in scheduling meetings and organizing office events.
Utilize various office software for data entry and report generation.
