Office Assistant

Office by the Lake AG (to be incorporated): Office
by the Lake is an office services company that offers office space and
office services to other companies and individuals. The customers of Office by
the Lake include start-ups in the sustainable chemical
sector as well as existing companies, such as the Inventa Group.

Position description: Office by the Lake AG (to be incorporated) is looking for a
self-driven and hands-on Office Assistant. This position will report directly to
the office manager.

Tasks

Ensure seamless workings of the office

Welcome and host clients, manage incoming phone calls
and post

General administrative and coordinative support in and
around the office

Organize meetings, events and related activities

Requirements

Apprenticeship or higher education in business
administration or similar

Minimum 2 years of work experience in a professional
office

Motivated, friendly and open personality

Good knowledge of MS office and similar computer
applications

Fluent in English (preferably mother tongue) and German; any other language a plus
