Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday administrative operations of the office and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations by handling incoming and outgoing calls responding to emails.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory office maintenance cleanliness and organization.
  • Act as a point of contact between employees and management.
  • Coordination with Clients and Government Departments as and when required for business operations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records including employee files and company documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings appointments for the team.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing officerelated budgets.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration office management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role with min 2 3 years of experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant office software.
  • Preferably Male Candidate ready to travel extensively for work with own Vehicle.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
