AZ Pet Stylist is a mobile pet grooming company centered in Queen Creek, AZ. We have been in business for 10 years and in that time have grown to a team of 12-13 individuals. We are looking to hire a new team member in the office administrative area and that is where you come in.

Basic Information:

  • Pay: $12.15/hr. + Bonus opportunity after 6 months
  • Days: Monday through Friday
  • Time: pm to 8:45 AM-4:30 PM
  • Location: Remote/ Work from Home

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Primary focus is customer service- answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to all customer inquiries via phone, email, and text message.
  • To perform basic office duties including but not limited to answering phones, creating appointments, and dispatching appointments out to staff members.
  • To constantly provide friendly and welcoming customer service to everyone with whom you come in contact, together with establishing a more personable relationship with each client.
  • To keep in constant contact with all Stylists working in the field throughout the day.
  • To attend and participate in all team meetings and office staff meetings.
  • To attend and participate in office book club meetings
