Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the upkeep of premises including electrical fittings water supply waste disposal and plant care.
  • Engaging with various vendors such as plumbers carpenters printers and internet service providers based on office requirements.
  • Office Maintenance and Cleanliness: Supervising the work of office support staff overseeing washroom cleaning and managing pest control.
  • Taking care of office infrastructure like AC and DG sets as well as overseeing engineering services such as AC UPS and electricity.
  • Purchasing and maintaining office stationery and supplies.
  • Handling seat allotment and storage solutions.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of cafeteria supplies.
  • Maintaining the daily expenditure sheet.
  • Addressing team members administrative queries.
  • Assisting the HR department in vendor selection organizing events and ordering items for celebrations like birthdays and anniversaries.
  • Coordinating with vendors for printing joining kits cards letters promotional materials certificates etc.
  • Setup a new office cafeteria.

Desired Skills:

  • Should have a 2Wheeler vehicle. (MUST)
  • Must have bachelors degree. (MUST)
  • At least 2 years of expertise managing office admin activities. (MUST)
  • Person who is diligent prompt and has excellent communication skills both verbally and in written form.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel
  • Multitasking abilities and attention to details
  • Friendly attitude
