Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Level 3 Office 365 Administrator to join our IT team. In this critical role you will be responsible for the design implementation optimization and ongoing administration of our entire Office 365 environment. You will possess deep technical expertise a strong understanding of security best practices and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Design implement and manage the Office 365 tenant configuration including:
  1. User accounts groups and permissions
  2. Security settings and compliance policies
  3. Mail flow and data loss prevention (DLP)
  4. SharePoint Online site collections and permissions
  5. OneDrive for Business storage quotas and sharing settings
  6. Microsoft Teams settings and governance
  7. Integration with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
  • Proactively monitor Office 365 health and performance metrics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to all Office 365 services.
  • Automate administrative tasks using Microsoft PowerShell scripting.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Office 365 configurations and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Level 2 support engineers to ensure efficient issue resolution.
  • Stay uptodate on the latest Office 365 features functionalities and security updates.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to lowerlevel administrators.
  • Adhere to strict security protocols and maintain a strong security posture within the Office 365 environment.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 56 years of experience in Office 365 administration with a proven track record of success in a complex environment.
  • Expertlevel understanding of Office 365 architecture services functionalities and security best practices.
  • Extensive experience in configuring and managing user accounts groups and permissions in Azure AD.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell scripting for Office 365 administration.
  • Excellent problemsolving analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Superior communication interpersonal and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • MCSA: Office 365 certification and Microsoft 365 Certified Security Administrator Associate (MS500) certification (highly preferred).
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory Connect (AAD Connect) is a plus.
