Role : OCM Training Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

  • This position is for a senior analyst specializing in change management for the staff teams and whole organization during a transformation. Collaborating with Agile and Garage SMEs this position is responsible for identifying training needs changes in organizational structure communications needs leadership style changes and other factors necessary for a successful transformation. This resource will work with IBM and client leadership to create a roadmap for all necessary changes and guide the organization through its execution.
Minimum Education:
  • Bachelors Degree in a recognized technical engineering scientific managerial business or other discipline related to area of expertise.
  • An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelors Degree.
  • DoD clearance required (must be clearable)
Required Skills:
  • Nine (9) or more years of experience in organizational change management processes and methodologies for large SAP implementations.
  • Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
  • Plans and leads major technology assignments.
  • Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting shortterm project growth and success.
  • Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
  • May supervise others.
  • Federal experience required (DoD experience preferred).
  • DoD clearance required (must be clearable)
Primary Job Duties:
  • Provide OCM expertise to confirm/develop business requirements definition in support of project
  • Lead the OCM team may supervise others
  • Daytoday management of a specific task order or group of task orders affecting the same or related/interdependent systems
  • Introduces innovative approaches and methodologies for processes and support systems
Preferred Skills:
  • 5 years of OCM Training experience
  • Focus on customer service and responsiveness with sound customer handling skills
