• Conducting thorough assessments of childrens developmental needs considering physical cognitive and sensory aspects.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address developmental delays sensory processing difficulties and motor skill challenges.
• Collaborating closely with parents caregivers and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to each childs care.
• Providing therapeutic interventions that focus on enhancing fine and gross motor skills sensory integration and daily living activities.
• Utilizing creative and engaging techniques to make therapy sessions enjoyable and effective for children.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of each childs progress adjustments to treatment plans and communication with the broader healthcare team.
• Participating actively in team meetings case conferences and professional development opportunities.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• State licensure and certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in pediatric occupational therapy with a focus on child development.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with children and their families.
• Knowledge of ageappropriate developmental milestones and evidencebased therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse team and engage with parents and caregivers.
• Empathy patience and a genuine passion for making a positive impact on childrens lives.
