Job Description

Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a fulltime Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist you will be responsible for providing highquality rehabilitative services to patients with physical mental and emotional disabilities. This includes evaluating patients needs developing treatment plans and implementing therapeutic interventions to help improve their daily functioning and overall wellbeing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine patients functional abilities and limitations.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients goals needs and abilities.

  • Implement therapeutic interventions such as exercise programs sensory integration activities and functional training.

  • Monitor and evaluate patients progress adjusting treatment plans as needed.

  • Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques equipment and home exercise programs.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide interdisciplinary care.

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of patient evaluations progress and discharge summaries.

  • Stay current with advancements in occupational therapy through continuing education and professional development.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of employment.

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.

  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problemsolving and critical thinking abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities.

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records systems.

  • Flexible scheduling
