Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a variety of rehabilitation settings including inpatient and outpatient programs.
• Work independently to plan and implement treatment programs for individual patients and group programs.
• Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert providing guidance and support to Occupational Therapy students interns and other therapists.
• Assist in the preparation and supervision of clinical training experiences for students/interns.
• Adapt and modify treatment plans to meet the needs of patients with complex disorders.

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Bachelors degree in occupational therapy and two years of experience or a masters degree or higher in occupational therapy.
• Full current and unrestricted state license to practice occupational therapy.
• Current NBCOT certification as an OT.
