As an Occupational Therapist at Devana Group you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients from children to older adults in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will be responsible for assessing clients needs developing individualized treatment plans and implementing evidencebased interventions to help them reach their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients physical cognitive and emotional abilities
Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and client goals
Implement evidencebased interventions to improve clients functional abilities and independence in daily activities
Collaborate with other members of the therapy team to ensure coordinated and effective care
Educate clients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment to promote independence and safety
Monitor clients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes
Participate in team meetings trainings and professional development opportunities
Adhere to all ethical and professional standards set by the company and regulatory bodies
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current state license to practice Occupational Therapy
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred
Experience working with a variety of populations and diagnoses
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
