Job Description

The nursing staff plays a crucial role in providing highquality patient care and ensuring the overall wellbeing of our patients. As a member of our nursing team you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and competent nursing care in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide direct patient care by assessing planning implementing and evaluating nursing care. Administer medications treatments and procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. Communicate effectively with physicians therapists and other staff members.
• Vital Signs and Monitoring: Monitor and record patients vital signs symptoms and response to treatment. Recognize any changes in patient condition and take appropriate actions.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions treatment options and selfcare. Provide clear instructions and answer questions to ensure a thorough understanding.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records including electronic health records (EHR). Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and regulations including HIPAA.
• Medication Management: Administer medications intravenous therapy and treatments while adhering to safety protocols and ensuring proper dosage calculations.
• Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond effectively to emergency situations including cardiac arrests or code blues by following established protocols.
• Admissions and Discharges: Assist in the admission transfer and discharge processes of patients. Ensure a smooth transition of care.
• Infection Control: Adhere to infection control procedures and maintain a clean and safe patient care environment.

Qualification :

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree.
