Various locations throughout Orange County zip codes including 32809 and 32805.
Working Hours : 8 am to 5 pm
Varied hours depending on the event. MondaySaturday or MondaySunday
Description:
CNA Certificate Required.
Skilled in taking patients vitals communicating and entering data into medical records.
- Have clinical experience taking vitals patient history and entering health data into health records.
- Have experience with programs and policies regarding the management of immunization clinic services.
- Have bilingual staff in EnglishCreole or EnglishSpanish available whenever possible.
The contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
- Take the patients vitals
- Document services and other required demographic information in EMR/EHR as directed by the Department.
