Nurse Practitioner - Veterans Disability Assessments

Korzen Health is seeking a Full Time Nurse Practitioner to perform initial healthcare assessments for our Veteran population!

This is a Full Time OnSite Position. Must have an active CT license.

These are initial evaluations that consist of 1 time assessment. All of our patients are elective so you will know of your schedule ahead of time.

We are seeking a professional with a NP degree from an accredited program.

Our local office is open Monday through Friday from 8 am 5 pm and there is No Call No Nights No Weekends!

Our clinical team is composed of MAs NPs Audiologists and Psychologists.
