We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team in Lancaster PA. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant you will play a crucial role in providing highquality healthcare services to patients. If you have a passion for primary care and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care for geriatric patients we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all Primary Care related consults
- Conduct physical exams
- Prescribe medication and drugs
- Reach an informed diagnosis based on the medical knowledge and the patient s medical history
- Check in with patients who have acute issues and establish a followup plan
- Demonstrate competency in planning and preparing for the care of the residents
Requirements:
- Valid NP license in the state of PA
- Board Certification
- Primary Care experiencepreferred
- LTC experience preferred
Schedule:
- Fulltime
- 5 days per week
- 8hour shifts
Compensation:
- Competitive Salary! $140000$160000 beating all offers out there!!
